• RESERVATION FEE of P 5,000.00 – deductible upon payment of tuition; non-refundable

• Inclusive of school supplies, art materials and books for (Pre Kinder and Kinder Level).

• Basic Requirements: Completely –filled-up information Sheet; Photocopy of Child’s Birth Certificate; Child’s Medical Certificate from Pediatrician/Family Physician; 4 ID (1x1) photos of child; ID (1x1) photos of people authorized to pick up the child (including parents).
